My New Fitness Routine | Featuring BBG or Bikini Body Guide

Sharing my current exercise routine, Bikini Body Guide or BBG. I’m using the SWEAT app and doing one barre class per week. I am also cutting back on sugar (only one sweet treat per day) and eating 1 to 2 slices of bread per day. In this VIDEO, you’ll see my 5-week progress. Let me know if you have questions. Thank you so much for watching! Your support means the world to me! ~Erin xo

I wish she didn’t have so many complaints about her billing practices otherwise I would be interested in trying.

I initially found your channel through a search on Tracy Anderson Method. Over time, I've also gotten burned out on it. Completely relate to many of your reasons for keeping fit. Keep us updated on your progress!

  3. You are killing it and looking fabulous Erin keep up the good work!!

  4. Is this beginner friendly (as in, for someone who hasn't been doing regular workouts in a while)?  I kinda fell off the wagon after having my youngest and need to get back on…lol.

Hi Erin, just wanted to say hi! Way to go on staying healthy. I love Barre, too. We gotta keep moving! Take care.

  8. Thanks for sharing, I originally found you because of your TA review! I have done a fair bit of TA too but started the Sweat App's post pregnancy program. I'm almost six month pp after baby number 3! I have to take things slow with low impact.

Please keep us posted on BBG! 💞✌🏻️💞

This is great! I follow Rachel and Kayla on Insta and have done a few of of the BBG workouts she posts. I’ve just been hesitant to commit; however, your video/results are a bit more motivating than Rachel’s because you are in my age bracket. Then I joined a new gym and started working with a PT, but he talks a bit too much so maybe using BBT at the gym will be the right combination for me.
Btw, please tell me your muscles were shaking like crazy the first few times you did Barre – I literally thought something was wrong with me until I got the follow up email explaining it’s a normal occurrence for newbies.

  10. You look so young in those front side by sides. Looking good!

  11. Kayla is great to follow on Instagram. She often posts small workouts there.

  12. One of my friends from high school is doing BBG. She posts about it on Facebook and she looks great. I have trouble committing to in home workouts. I do Pure Barre. I keep telling myself I should be doing workouts at home and it just never happens!

You are kicking butt Erin! Great job! Congrats on the food plan too! I am really into lettuce wrapping in place of evil wheat. ; ) I find I don't miss it when I go through the similar motion-example still eat your sandwich, just don't make it with bread. Be encouraged in all the positive support ~ continued success to you!

You are very inspiring Erin and not to mention gorgeous. I have been following Lucy Wyndham Read an English girl who puts videos up at least twice a week so that you can do the exercises with her whenever you fancy . Just doing them every day for half an hour tops since June has made an incredible difference to my body plus I walk fast every day for an hour as well .Each of her videos are different to her last so you don’t get bored.

I love working out at home! I use DVDs and just love the flexibility it gives me, timewise. I enjoy two instructors, primarily, and their workouts have what are called pre-mixes where they present shortened versions of the main workout. The premixes sometimes will scramble up the order of the workout too. And some will have a combination of two different styles like, kickboxing for 15 minutes followed by a 15 minute bicep workout.

I am in LOVE with this method of working out. I have been doing it for going on 16 years.

I will never understand complaints about a virtual workout being too hard or too long. It's a recording! Just do what you can and please. You have the complete freedom of twisting and turning it any way you want to fit your body's condition to a tee.

Good for you Erin. Always a good reminder to take care of yourself, plus you look gorgeous. If you get bored again you may want to check out Ballet Beautiful.

  20. You look fabulous ErIn! Always love getting new inspiration. ♥ Elle

Erin and all, careful on a top step!! Maybe a lower one??! Can you tell I'm a mom too??!!🙄

  22. I hear you about the stiffness and all of that. Even though I'm an aerialist, my body felt so stiff. Yoga has really helped my body stay healthy so that I can do what I love. I believe in that saying, "Move it or lose it." Love hearing your journey. xoxo, Tracy
