Bikini Body Challenge – Week 2, Abs + Waist Workout



Hey everybody! #BikiniBodyJustiz is here! Don’t forget to take your “before” photo and upload your progress/transformation using that hashtag.

This is the second workout of the Challenge. These are great exercises for a smaller waist and abs. You can do this workout from home. Repeat the whole workout 2-3 times for the best results.

Here’s your schedule for the week:
M/Day 1: Butt & Legs (previous)
T/Day 2: REST
W/Day 3: Butt & Legs (previous video)
Th/Day 4: Ab Workout (THIS VIDEO)
F/Day 5: CARDIO DAY (on your own)
S/Day 6: Butt/Leg + Ab Workout back to back
Su/Day 7: REST
And get ready for the week 3 workouts!

You don’t have to specifically start on a Monday but try to follow the sequence I gave you in this video.

  11. Hey Vicky, unfortunately, I have hurt my upper back the other day (not by doing these exercises though) and I was currently on this ab + waist 2nd week video. I took 4 day rest to recover, but now I am not sure should I just go on with this video, or go back to the beginning?

  30. Well I can't do this workout because I live in a bungalow and the only room with a hard floor is the kitchen and it's a tad small ๐Ÿ˜‚ il improvise with side bends and crunches .

  31. when we do our cardio day, how long do you suggest we go for? at a beginner and intermediate level?
