    After the second set I was already finished. Halfway through the 3rd I had to pause between workouts. Not going to push myself, but I'll do the 4th after building the endurance.

  19. very good workout , smart thing to add brakes in between to restore enery and do a few strech,I love tis workout , adding to my fav list … id recomend to do at least once a week and add few other workouts in a weekly routine <3
