    When your doing verticals leg press on smith machine where is your hand placement? It looked like it was under you butt? If so why?

  15. So simple but so helpful! I've got a glute/hamstring day tomorrow and I've been trying to add more single-leg exercises to even out an imbalance. This was super helpful with ideas! I also liked Jason giving you cues. I always wondered why people go so light on straight leg deadlifts but when he said no back or lower the weight I suddenly got it!

  18. What veggies do you try to eat more of during the last 1-2 weeks of prep when broccoli bloats you? I find that broccoli bloats me as well so I try to do more zucchini.

  25. Thank you for the workout footage. It's good to see different exercises done in proper form. Even though I would probably only be able to do 1 set of each, I'm curious how many sets you perform? Also loved hearing Cameo, "Word Up" in the background. It brought back memories!
